Welcome to OSU Food Science Club Webpage

The mission of the food science club is,

“To foster a close relationship among the students and faculty of department of Food Science and Technology at The Ohio State University, to encourage leadership, professional development, and to acquaint students with the scope of Food Science and Technology.”

Meetings:

The club meets first Tuesday of every month during Autumn, Winter and Spring quarters. Generally, the meetings involve discussion/announcement of past/upcoming club activities, followed by a presentation from food company. Dinner (free) will be provided during the meeting.

Membership:

Active membership is open to all students (undergrads and grads) interested in Food Science and Technology, Food Business Management, and related fields. The membership fee for the year 2007-2008 is $5.00. Please contact Jennifer Willig.2 if you have any questions.
